Engr. Arman M. Giron has built a distinguished career at Bulacan Polytechnic College (BPC) spanning more than two decades. Throughout his years of service, he has progressed from a dedicated educator to a respected leader in the institution’s administration.

Engr. Giron earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Leadership and Management from La Consolacion University Philippines between 2018 and 2022. He also holds a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT), a qualification frequently recognized in various institutional achievements and professional engagements. As a licensed engineer, he brings strong technical expertise that supports the development and implementation of vocational and technical education programs within the college.

Engr. Giron began his service at Bulacan Polytechnic College in June 2004 and has served as an Assistant Professor II for over 20 years. Over time, he assumed greater leadership responsibilities, eventually serving as the Vice President for Administration and Finance, where he oversaw institutional resources and supported student-centered initiatives such as the CHED-UniFAST Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) program.

Known for his dedication and strong support for both students and faculty, Engr. Giron actively participates in institutional development through his involvement in various technical working groups and committees.
