Mrs. Victoria M. Sison, MAEd
Victoria "Beth" M. Sison, popularly known within the academic community as “Ma’am Beth,” is a highly respected academic leader currently serving as the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) and a former Officer-in-Charge (OIC) College President of Bulacan Polytechnic College. She is widely recognized for her significant contributions to curriculum enhancement, digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring institutional compliance with national educational standards.
Mrs. Sison earned her Bachelor in Accountancy degree from Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Sta. Mesa, Manila, and completed her Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) major in Curriculum and Instruction. She is also pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy major in Educational Leadership and Management at La Consolacion University of the Philippines.
Throughout her years of service at BPC, she has handled several key leadership roles, including serving as Senior High School Principal, where she successfully implemented student work immersion programs. As VPAA, she supervises the institution’s academic operations across various campuses, ensuring quality instruction and faculty development, while her role as OIC College President highlights her strategic leadership in institutional planning and partnerships.
Among her notable accomplishments are leading BPC in securing Certificates of Program Compliance (COPC) from Commission on Higher Education Region III for programs such as BS Information Systems (BSIS), BS Office Management (BSOM), and Associate in Computer Technology (ACT). She also spearheaded TESDA audit initiatives for Technical-Vocational-Livelihood programs, supervised the development of the BPC e-Learning System during the pandemic, and strengthened community and academic partnerships through benchmarking activities with Bulacan State University and literacy support initiatives recognized by the DSWD Field Office III.
