Vision

The BPC Library aims to become the hub of the Bulacan Polytechnic College's scholarly information flow by gathering and accessing information sources from around the globe and disseminating them to Teachers, Administrators, Students, and Researchers. This is in keeping with the past and online with the future.

The BPC Library aims to support the teaching, research, and community service initiatives of the Bulacan Polytechnic College by assisting its users in the conversion of information into knowledge through its professional services and instructional programs.

Mission

To choose, get, create, organize, manage, protect, and make easily accessible the most recent information source required to support the BPCians teaching, research, and community service initiatives.
To foster a caring and educational environment for both Library Patrons and Staff that supports the conversion of information into knowledge by utilizing the proper information and automation technology, offering adequate library space, hiring qualified Library Staff, and requiring the highest level of individual excellence in all tasks undertaken and services rendered.
