The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) at Bulacan Polytechnic College outlines its vision, mission, goals, and objectives for the upcoming years in this strategic plan. Through both degree and technical-vocational (tech-voc) programs, it seeks to offer all students comprehensive support and development possibilities, guaranteeing their academic achievement, personal development, and preparedness for work and social participation.
Vision
To be the leading office in providing innovative, inclusive, and responsive student services that empower BPC students to achieve their full potential, become responsible student and citizens, and excel in their chosen fields.
Mission
To provide comprehensive and accessible services that meet the diverse needs of Bulacan Polytechnic College students, promoting their holistic development and success.
Strategic Goals and Objectives
- Enhance Student Holistic Development and Well-being.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive student orientation program that effectively introduces all new degree and tech-voc students to BPC's resources, policies, and campus life within their first month of classes.
- Expand mental health and counseling services to provide accessible and specialized support for both degree and tech-voc students, addressing issues like stress, anxiety, and career-related pressures.
- Implement a series of workshops and seminars depending on the needs of students.
- Promote and facilitate student participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities (e.g., student organizations, sports, cultural events) that foster leadership, teamwork, and social responsibility. This should include activities tailored to both degree and tech-voc interests.
- Optimize Student Support Services and Resources.
- Improve communication channels to effectively disseminate information about OSAS programs, services, and opportunities to all students (e.g. social media, bulletin boards, in-class announcements), aiming for awareness among the student body.
- Assess and enhance existing student welfare programs in medical services.
- Foster an Inclusive and Engaged Campus Community.

Strengthening partnerships with student organizations and clubs to empower them in planning and executing student-led activities and advocacy, ensuring representation from both degree and tech-voc programs.
