Malacañang has proclaimed Friday, January 23, 2026, as a Special (Non-Working) Day across the Province of Bulacan. This is in accordance with Proclamation No. 1122, which enables the province to commemorate the anniversary of the inauguration of the First Philippine Republic held at Barasoain Church in Malolos.
