The Registrar’s Office provides student records’ services. It is located at the 2nd floor of the Main School Building. It performs the following services:
- Keeps and maintains the academic records of all students;
- Provides basic academic information on curricular programs, general registration requirements and procedures;
- Issues students’ numbers and class cards;
- Prepares the official list of enrollments;
- Issues a written notice on academic delinquencies;
- Prepares list of candidates for graduation and for honors; and
- Issues transcript of records, diploma, transfer credentials and official certifications
