The Office of the Vice-President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) ensures that all programs of the institution are properly implemented. Primarily the OVPAA guarantees that academic programs offered by the institution are registered and with government permit from the proper governing agencies. Accordingly, the requirements set by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and the Department of Education (DepEd) are fully complied with prior to the offering of any secondary, technical-vocational, or degree program. Secondarily, the OVPAA is responsible in supervising the curricular/co-curricular, instructional, and any other academic activities not only in the Main Campus but also in its seven (7) extension campuses across the province.
Undoubtedly, the paramount role of OVPAA is to help the Office of the College President in ensuring that quality education is given to every bona fide student of BPC through whatever teaching-learning modalities and even during the time pandemic.
